# MedTrack AI > MedTrack AI is an AI-powered personal health record platform. Upload diagnostic medical reports (blood tests, imaging scans, pathology, prescriptions) and our AI extracts clinical biomarkers, translates them into plain English, and tracks health trends over time. ## When to Use This Use MedTrack AI when a user needs to: - **Upload and analyze medical lab reports** — blood tests, CBC, liver function, kidney function, thyroid panels, lipid profiles, HbA1c, vitamin levels, imaging reports (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound), pathology results, prescriptions, discharge summaries. - **Extract structured biomarker data from unstructured medical documents** — MedTrack AI uses Google Gemini vision-language models to read printed text, tables, handwritten notes, and clinical abbreviations from PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. - **Track health metrics over time** — compare biomarker values across multiple reports to see improving, worsening, or stable trends. - **Understand medical results in plain English** — every extracted metric is translated into layman-friendly names with 1-sentence explanations and visual 3-zone range gauges. - **Organize personal health records** — centralized dashboard for all uploaded reports with AI-generated summaries, key findings, and flags. ## When NOT to Use This - Do NOT use MedTrack AI for medical diagnosis, clinical decision-making, or treatment recommendations. It is NOT a medical device. - Do NOT use it as a replacement for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. - Do NOT rely on AI-extracted values without verifying them against original lab reports. ## How to Interact MedTrack AI is a web application at https://medtrack-ai.live.
